Description of Project | A/E SERVICES BASIC ORDERING AGREEMENT

Scope of Work | Provide A/E services to Los Alamos National Laboratory in support of Department of Energy / National Nuclear Security Administration. Over 250 task orders were executed under the BOA contract. Service provided included architectural, civil, electrical and mechanical engineering and project management. Projects ranged in value from $25,000 to $10 million. Projects include facility condition assessments, renovation/repair of HVAC, piping and lighting, and electrical distribution systems inside aging facilities, design of major new facilities and upgrades to site electrical utility distribution systems. Work was done under a LANL approved NQA-1 quality assurance program. Designs were developed within multi-disciplinary teams including nuclear engineers, facility engineers, fabrication, operational and environmental specialists to ensure that systems, structures, and components complied with operational, environmental and safety basis requirements and met LANL sustainable design goals.
