The scope for Tsaile Health Center consisted of design services to replace 2 (40 ton) condensing units (CUA-T1, CUA-T2) with similar units and the evaporative coils in AHU-T1. Rock Gap Engineering will also be designing two new rooftop units to condition the Lab and Pharmacy departments, which will include redesigning the ductwork for both departments. The scope for the Rock Point Health Center consists of the addition of a split system unit to cool the pharmacy department. To kickoff the design process, the electrical engineer and mechanical designer conducted a site visit to both health centers on 07/16/2020 to document and verify existing conditions versus the drawings received. The first submittal is a 50% design 35 calendar days following the site visit, which falls on 07/21/2020.
